After
working for premier law firms in downtown Los Angeles for
12 years, I started my solo practice in June 2002. I now offer
the quality work product and attention to detail found at
the largest firms with an emphasis on personal relationships
and lower overhead of a solo practitioner.
I
represent businesses ranging from start-up ventures to multi-national
corporations and regularly handle both litigation and transactional
matters. This breadth of practice allows me to serve a range
of needs much wider than might be expected from a solo practitioner.
As a result, I have been able to build a practice based on
client relationships, not just niche assignments. Indeed,
because I know and care about the long-term success of their
ventures, many of my clients look to me as their "outside
general counsel," providing both legal and strategic
business advice.
